A 30 Day Change for a Better You!
Charles J. Givens said, “Achieve success in any area of life by indentifying the optimum strategies and repeating them until they become habits.” This brings us to understanding the importance of forming habits when we start a new endeavor. Scientists suggest that it takes roughly 30 days to form a new habit and it is done through the practice of one day at a time. We do this by starting with small changes, allowing ourselves to focus on the task before us and keep it simple.
When I started my SENSA weight-loss program, it required very few changes that I needed to make. I was to sprinkle everything I eat expect liquids. Fortunately when Dr. Alan Hirsch designed SENSA, he understood that establishing a new habit would take time, practice and more than one shaker each month. I must admit it took me all of the 30 days to get in the habit of sprinkling consistently and remembering to leave one shaker at home and carrying the other one in my purse. By the end of the 30 days I felt that I had become successful with using SENSA. Another thing that helped me establish good habits with SENSA was joining the SENSA Community. I found accountability with like minded-people and the support to help me be successful on my SENSA Journey.
I also had a deep desire to achieve my weight-loss goal of 45 pounds. This in itself was a great motivation for me to stay focused and be consistent. I found the more I fell in love with the challenge of change the more I desired to watch myself grow into this new woman that I always knew lived inside.
Let’s lay out a workable 30 day plan for you to overcome your weight-loss challenges.
1. Your weight-loss plan takes commitment, dedication and work to be effective.
- Watch SENSA’s Weight-loss DVD
- Set your SENSA shakers in an area where you will not forget to use them and put one in your purse or pocket.
- Join the SENSA Community to talk to other SENSA users about their success and share in the support, encouragement and tips for your success.
2. Completing the 30 day plan gives you new established habits to continue on your weight-loss journey.
- Sprinkle everything you eat except liquids.
- Drink plenty of water to wash out the toxins and fats and to keep your body hydrated.
- Eat 4-5 meals a day to keep your metabolism running.
- Listen to your body when it signals “satiety” or fullness.”
- Continue practicing daily what you have learned until you reach your goal-weight.
3. All excuses for quitting or blame-shifting must be eliminated immediately.
- Focus on your weight-loss goal.
- Remember to do this for YOU.
- Remember to apply all the habits you have established for continued success.
- Face the changes you make with sincerity and an honest heart.
- Remember, the health experts say 1-2 pounds per week is healthy weight-loss.
- Take your measurements and weight and record the changes.
4. Find a friend/s or group to be accountable to on a regular basis.
- Tell him/her your weight-loss goals
- The habits you need to perform in order to be successful.
- Share your struggles and your accomplishment and be open to their feedback.
Paul Harvey said, “You can tell when you are on the road to success. It’s all uphill all the way.” Be patient on your new weight-loss journey with SENSA. Remember anything worthwhile is worth working for. The changes I made demonstrated to me two things. One, I was worth it and two it was worth the price I had to pay for my progress. i just cannot get ti to work for me i guess i am one in a million i am on 3 month lose a few gain 2 back i wish i had real help

Hello Margaret. You will reach your goal. Your attitude is positive and you are sprinkling SENSA. You are right when you say it is one day at a time. Make small goals and shoot for each one. Hello Willene. When it comes to a new weight-loss product everyone is different. Our body needs to make the proper adjustments to accommodate the product. Some people respond right away to the product and some have found that they get their best results within 60-90 days after starting the product. You said you would like more help. I started on Feb. 13th and still have not lost any weight.
Can u help me? I walk 3-4 days a week. I have used
one month of product and on the second. I am
discouraged and I thought it would help. Was told
yesterday it takes a month of using the product and then
u should loose. Is this correct? Perhaps u should tell
people this when they order. I know about loosing 2 lbs.

Hello Pam. It is certainly true that it will take time for your body to make the proper adjustments to a new weight-loss product and in this case SENSA. Make sure you take your measurements as well as your weight. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and sprinkling everything you eat except liquids. Stay positive and focused and good results will follow.

Coach Mariam, I just want to know if I start my 2nd month of tastents even if I still have some of the first month supply of sprinkles ? I sure hope this works for me.

Hello Gwade. You may start month 2 if you have used your month 1 Tastants for approximately 30 days. If you do have Tastants left in month 1 then maybe you can use more in month 2. Using all your Tastants gives you a good return. Have a great journey on SENSA.

Hello Georgia. Each month you are given 2 shakers and they should last you approximately 30 days. At the end of the month, you must move on to Month 2 so your body does not become resistant to the blend, and you continue to lose weight. Best on your journey with SENSA.

I am a new member. Just bought my #2 box of Sensa. I have not seen or felt any changes and if anything have gained a few pounds (up & down). My friend said she started to see loss during her 2nd month. I am hoping I can do as well as her. My long term goal is 60#. Excited to use this product for better health.

I have just ordered my 2 months free shakers . I am in a wheelchair and have lost all my teeth. I need to lose 200lbs. I know I am going to have a hard time exercising and following meal plans. Any advice of what high protein , low calorie soft food I can eat that makes me feel full?

Hello Vicki. Thank you for writing to me. I would recommend you get together with your health-care provider and get a healthy list of high protein and low calorie soft foods that you can eat. I would highly recommend that you sprinkle everything you eat except liquids. When you eat semi-solids make sure you sprinkle layer by layer. An example of this is: yogurt, pudding, ice cream, etc. Best on your journey Vicki.

Some people respond right away to the product and some have found that they get their best results within 60-90 days after starting the product. Also, SENSA is non-caloric and alone would not produce weight gain. The most likely reason that someone would gain weight when they begin SENSA is that they are not yet in tune with their body’s hunger signals. Eat slowly, and pay attention, as soon as you START to feel full you should stop eating. I wish you the best with SENSA. You can do this!
