So the New Year is rapidly approaching and no doubt you have some resolutions in mind. Here at Sensa land we have lots of goals, but one of our biggest resolutions is to making our Community site THE place for you to get the support and motivation you need to get to reach your weight loss goals in 2010. One thing we have noticed since the Community Forums launched in July 2008, is that users who join a support group and log in regularly seem to really maximize their weight loss goals on Sensa. We now have over 20,000 users registered and 11 public support groups. Whether youre looking to lose 100 lbs or more, are diabetic or vegetarian, or just want to talk it out, there is a group for you in the Sensa Community. We now also have photo galleries, personal blogs and video diaries, customizable meal plans, fitness videos, and even chat rooms. You could spend all day making friends! But, if you prefer your privacy you can stop by just to read what other people have to say.

In addition to the Community site, Jeje and I are also committed to offer tips, tricks, ideas and customer support on the facebook and twitter. We like to spontaneously give away prizes too so make sure to bookmark us everywhere because we’re planning on a lot of contests and giveaways in 2010!
