What food can you just not live without? And what do you do to compensate when you overindulge on it? Hershey’s kisses and red wine! When I partake too much in my favs I do interval training on the treadmill instead of my regular steady jog.

What’s your eating style? I’m all about the mini meals. When I eat 6 meals a day I feel like my body functions like a well serviced machine. Plus, if I go more than 3 or 4 hours without food then JeJe has to deal with me being a grumpy pants.

What’s the craziest diet you’ve ever tried? I did Lindora in high school which is a super low carb diet designed to put you into Ketosis. I did lose 10 lbs in a couple months. I then gained 20 lbs in 2 weeks when I went off it and ate entire loaves of bread for dinner for a week straight. I had to wear my Dad’s jeans to school because I couldn’t fit into a single thing in my entire closet. Now I’m all about balance!
