Battle the Bulge with Berries

You know the drill. An apple a day keeps the doctor away. But did you know that blueberries can actually help you lose belly fat?
A new study shows that rats who ate a blueberry heavy diet lost tummy flab. This isn’t just good for your waistline as abdominal fat is linked to heart disease and diabetes.  Of course my springtime salad today included blackberries, raspberries and grapes but no blueberries! Curses!

    I am trying the 3 mo. plan, i do it every day at all meals,and that part is fine. I like that it tricks the brain into thinking your full. BUT…. I have diabetes, I am always hungry. the minute i start to eat for the day it's on!!!!! I can't stop till i force myself to go to bed. I am also disabled so i try to sleep as much as i can so i don't eat.
    the sugar and chocolate are like an addiction. It is the first thing i think of when i get up, where did i hide it, do i have enough to get through the day, how can i get more,who can i call for a ride to the store. It's crazy, it occupies my whole day and all my thoughts.so i am really hopeing this does tell my mind i am full cause nothing else has……..K
