Bike Don't Drive
It’s not too late in the game to hop on the Bike Wagon. Summer is around the corner and we all could use a little exercise to get us in tip top shape; why not take advantage of May being Bike Month. We can be green, stay fit and release more endorphins while going to work, the grocery store, shopping, breakfast/lunch/dinner or coffee. The League of American Bicyclists article on Bike Month has great tips and ideas.
Buying a bike has been on my list of To Do’s so I guess this was my calling. Biking to work is not an option for me but my goal this month is to bike to one place at least four times in one week. Anyone want to challenge me on that one?

I love the hyperextension bench! I used that all the time in college and I am actually considering purchasing one for use at home.

You could also attempt jogging on the spot, sit ups, lunges, leg raises, and push ups, but dancing is much more enjoyable.
