Fall Cooking Tips to Lose Weight
Hi y’all!!!! I am writing to you on a crisp day in fall (for the first time it actually FEELS like fall in Los Angeles). I don’t know if it’s the weather or what… but I am soooooo excited about fall clothes, Halloween, and everything in between this year! I am so inspired that I actually signed up for cooking classes to get some great cooking tips (I can’t even make my kids oatmeal in the morning…I wish I was kidding) and I made homemade butternut squash soup! So as I sit by the fire (yeah, I know it’s a bit much…it’s still almost 70 degrees here) I wanted to urge you guys to really enjoy the changing of the seasons this year. You will probably find that your clothes from last year are a bit looser (a perfect rationale for getting some new items…I highly recommend a some motorcycle boots or fur vest). If you try any hearty stews or other rib-sticking dishes remember that with other weight loss programs you probably wouldn’t be “allowed” to eat all those soul foods. But of course, don’t forget to sprinkle!!!!!
As always keep your stories, letters and emails coming… I *LOVE* hearing about your successes AND your failures.
Keep sprinkling,
Dayna

The folks that run Sensa could not have a better person representing them. For the ladies, if sensa can make you look half as good as Dayna does in high heeled boots, it is more than worth trying! :^)

A great idea for future recipes this. Thank you for sharing it. Have you noticed how so many people appear to be cooking again? I wonder if the lack of funds due to the current climate has something to do with it and we all appear to be cooking again! its great!
