Fast weight loss will not be achieved through fast food salads despite what many American famous food franchises are promoting. We live in a fast paced world that doesn’t seem to slow down for anyone or anything. A friend once said, “We eat to work. Sleep to work. Live to work. Work. Work. Work.” And in that shuffle we forget what is really important to us, like eating healthy and having an ideal body weight.
Men’s Health put together a list of America’s Worst Salads in 2009. Lucky for us they also gave us a healthy alternative to the “green disguised high in fat and calories meal. Here is a list of eleven salads to stay away from and eleven alternatives that will satisfy your brain as well as your body. The salads are rated on a 1-11 scale, 11 being the worst!
