News broke earlier this month about the connection between Hydroxycut products and a death in a 19-year-old man. There were reports of serious health problems in 23 others.  Based on this the FDA has advised that people stop using Hydroxycut products. The company has agreed to recall 14 of it’s products that contain ingredients supspected of causing liver damage.  This is particularly troubling news as Hydroxycut is one of the most popular diet aids available commercially. If you yourself are a Hydroxycut user it is recommended that you check in with your doctor.
