Girls Just Wanna Have Fun
The good ‘ol tune is right, girls (and guys!) just want to have fun while exercising, especially if your goal is weight
loss. Have you found yourself perhaps a little bored with your workout routine? If the snooze button is luring you in, if your motivation is lagging… it’s time to mix it up!
I sure did last weekend! A very good friend of mine asked me to be her teammate in a scavenger dash. I of course said ‘yes’! The dash was an absolute blast from start to finish, whether we were hunting for a statue, giving someone a flower or solving puzzles. There were 12 clues to complete that took us on an adventure all over town. By the end we had logged quite a few miles too… now that is a great way to burn calories, laughing the entire time.
