My, how this year has flown by! Actually, since I’ve started working with SENSA, time has flown and we have grown at such a rapid pace it’s hard to keep up sometimes. I just started Sensa 2 weeks ago and I have noticed that I am eating less (smaller portions). I am excited to continue the program because so far I am having steady, healthy weight loss and I haven’t changed my exercise or eating habits yet. I can’t wait to see what happens when I start exercising and eating a healthy diet. Thank you so much Sensa for being a product that actually works!

Well on Monday it will be one week I have been on SENSA, I must say it does work, I find myself full and not having desires for things that may not really be so healthy. I understand it a slow program but I have already lost 3 pounds. The program is simple and it requires no preparing.

Wonder what it is like to finally have control of your eating habits? Let me tell you….for me it is the greatest feeling/control that I have had in decades of time. I so enjoy getting up in the morning and looking forward to the day ahead. Much lighter on the frame. NO having to endure constant pain in the joints/muscles. Just an enthustic- lets do what we can attitude. Sensa– you have made this all possible for me. I will rely on your help for many years to come. Thanks!!!!!

How super of you. I have tried all kinds of weight loss systems but this is the first one I have been really comfortable with health wise. I just turned 67 in April and I was determined not to look and feel my age. I have lost 18 pounds in three months and the Forth of August my husband and I will be celebrating our 50 th anniversary. I feel so much better about myself. I want to loose 12 more but I can be happy with this for the party. Thank you Sensa

Sensa has helped me gain control over my eating and made me feel more accountable for what I am eating because I have to take a moment to sprinkle on each food and really think about what I am consuming. So far, so good!

I am startingy third week of Sensa and I have already lost 9.4 lbs and 9 inches! I couldn’t do it wothout Sensa. Not only does Sensa have fabulous products, but the Sensa Community is fullof amazingly supportive people, not to mention tons of valuable info. Sensa has taught me the importance of portion control as well as the importance of eating enough calories so that your body doesn’t think you are starving!

I started Sensa in late March and have lost more than 20 lbs & 9.5″ so far. I’m in the 4th month, and while I don’t think I’m losing pounds, I know I’m losing inches! Shirts fit that didn’t fit last month, size 18 jeans are lose in the waist and baggy in the hips (& butt). I’m using this product until I lose 70 lbs (at least)!

Wow! Congratulations! I just started using Sensa and have seen great results in only a two week period. I have tried many weight loss programs but never had this kind of result in such a short period of time, I look forward to seeing what my results will be in the next two weeks.

Happy Anniversary SENSA! I’m just wrapping up 8 months on the program and I have lost 39 lbs thus far! I have dropped 6 pant sizes and loving the new me that is emerging! You didn’t tell me about the “WOW” factor that comes along with the pounds melting away! LOL Every day is a new day with such positive comments from my friends, family and acquaintences. I’m “wowing” many and inspiring others to lose weight…actually, I’m “wowing” myself these days too!

Sensa to me is not a product it’s a lifestyle. I have never had so much pride or dedication to a program. Since starting Sensa two weeks ago I have lost 10 pounds!! I have also started 5 other people on the program, it’s like I’m a walking spokes person for Sensa! I will talk to anyone who will listen! What I really love about Sensa is that most diet plans and programs are geared toward woman, but Sensa is soo open to men such as myself, the community is as powerful as the product! “Determiniation today is success tomorrow” !! Keep up the great work everyone! We can do it! Together!!

Wish I would have found Sensa when it was first introduced as I might be down to my goal by now. I am in the middle of month 5 and have lost 33 lbs. Sensa has totally changed my life and eating habits. Even on vacation for 7 weeks I was able to lose by just remembering to sprinkle and drink water. Even carried bottle water with us so I could have at least 6/ 16oz bottles a day and would always order water with meals out.

I have been on Sensa for 3 months and have lost 15lbs. Sensa has stopped my late night hunger and daytime snack cravings. The Quench has been perfect for giving me that boost of energy before I work out, even on the days I don’t feel like it.

I didn’t think that this would work but after only a week on starting to c that I’m full faster so I’m eating less my friends have even said my tummy has gone down

I am so excited to start my program, just waiting for it to arrive in the mail. Although, I cannot say how Sensa has changed my life, yet, I can say that it sure has given me hope! I enjoy spending time on the my Sensa site and learning from all the other Sensa users.

I love Sensa! I started to sprinkle on July 4th and I have already dropped six pounds without dieting or feeling deprived in any way. I have tried to lose weight for almost 20 years. I have tried Jenny, grapefruit, cabbage soup, shakes, pills…you name it–and Sensa is the best I have found. I turn 50 in two weeks, and my goal is to lose 50 while I’m 50. I am confident I can do it with Sensa.

I am on steroids and have had a major weight gain. My Dr told me to try Sensa and in six weeks I have lost six pounds even with being on steroids. This is the answer to a prayer to stop from gaining weight. Im am very pleased and the program is so easy.

Thank you Sensa for helping me. I have been overweight since my teens and tried everything. I have been using sensa for one year now and have lost 55 lbs. I still have some to go but know that I will reach my goal.
