How Committed Are You?

Keep Calm and Sprinkle OnMany of you ask me, what did you do to lose your weight? Anthony Robbins answers this question so eloquently, “I believe life is constantly testing us for our level of commitment, and life’s greatest rewards are reserved for those who demonstrate a never-ending commitment to act until they achieve. This level of resolve can move mountains, but it must be constant and consistent…”

When I began my journey with SENSA Weight-Loss System, I was determined to make this work. Was I convinced that SENSA would work and this was the right product for me? NO, but what I was convinced of was that it was time I do something with a never-ending commitment until I achieved my weight-loss goal.  And with SENSA the mountains were leveled and the rewards have been never-ending!

Let’s take a look at how you can measure you commitment and reach your goals!

  1. Who are you doing this for?  Sometimes we can run into opposition when we start a new program. This can come from someone within your circle of support or from within yourself. Either way, if it is not dealt with, your commitment will be short lived and unproductive. Stand up for what you believe is best for you and be consistent with your decision.
  2. Listen to the SENSA DVD and booklet-Starting a new program can sometimes create anxiety and leave you feeling overwhelmed. So listening and reading the information gives you the self-confidence you need to be successful. Knowing that you can still eat the foods you love, but remember that your overall goal is to eat less of it. At the most basic level, weight loss is achieved by consuming fewer calories than you burn. So in order to lose your weight, you need to take in fewer calories than you use. Remember not to use SENSA® as an excuse to overindulge or overeat.
  3.  Get additional support to keep you accountable.  Not all of us have those that believe in the decision we have made to start a new weight-loss program. This can become very discouraging and disheartening if we continue to listen to what others are saying. Finding like-minded people, with the same desire to see you achieve your weight-loss goal journey is essential for your success. I immediately joined the mySENSA Community and found those that had success, SENSA tips and a desire to encouragement me throughout my journey.
  4. Exercise is important for physical fitness and good health.  When I started my SENSA® journey I did not have time to go to the gym or workout. But what I did have is three grandchildren to keep me on the move. It is amazing how many steps we can take in a day or how many stretching and bending positions we can find ourselves in with daily routines and family obligations. Some of you will find you cannot exercise due to a limited ability to move around. Every bit of movement is in your favor. Use your imagination with a never-ending commitment & consistency to find a way to shake it up! SENSA  advocates a healthy lifestyle with regular exercise and portion control.
  5. Reward yourself along the way.  Start your SENSA journey with a before picture of yourself.  Record your starting weight and measurements each week. Each month take a picture of yourself and watch the notable changes you would otherwise miss. At the end of each month reward yourself with something special. A special lunch, a new piece of clothing or some sort of celebration to congratulate yourself for achieving each mini-goal. You might have a piece of clothing in your closet you used to wear and dream about wearing again. Take it out and hang in up on the door. Sometimes visual aids keep us focused and our dreams alive. Be creative and make this journey filled with obtainable and ever-lasting memories.

I am cheering you on this awesome SENSA Weight-Loss Journey. You are my inspiration and with that said I leave you with these words of encouragement by Tom Chappel “Have patience with all things, but chiefly have patience with yourself. Do not lose courage in considering your own imperfections but instantly set about remedying them. Everyday begin the task anew.”    So, how committed are you?   Tell me, in the comments below, what you’re doing to show your commitment to the SENSA Weight Loss program and you’ll have a chance to win these awesome new pink Ostrich Fashion Case so you can shake away the pounds in style!  Two winners will be picked at random on Monday 3/11/13.   Right now SENSA is having a promotion where you can get this super cute shaker case free with your purchase of the SENSA Slims On-the-Go Packets so you can commit to SENSA anytime, anywhere and shake with confidence!  Good luck to you!

I began Sensa on Feb 5th. I’ve always struggles with weight loss but I decided that when my Sensa arrived I’d start making better choices. The day I began Sensa I gave up sodas, and starting eating healthier. My biggest struggle has been when I have free time. I’m use to eating away at the boredom. Luckily with Sensa I no longer have that issue. I’ve lost 11 pounds total. I’m committed to following through!

  10. I AM BEGINNING TOMORROW AND I HAVE DONE ALOT OF RESEARCH ON SENSA IN ORDER TO MAKE THIS DECISION – ONCE MADE, I AM COMPLETELY COMMITTED TO GIVING THIS MY BEST SHOT – OR SHOULD I SAY “SPRINKLE”

  11. I’ve always had trouble with my weight, and of course, the doctor has given me “the talk” regarding weight and Diabetes. It runs in my family, and Diabetes was never a motivation. In September of 2012, I damaged my knee while out dancing with friends. After painful surgery and 3 months of physical therapy, I am finally able to walk again. However, healing would have happened faster, were I not overweight, there is also the chance of permanently damaging my knee. I eventually have to have the whole knee replaced! The doc told me that the more weight I lose, the longer I can push that off! I am dedicated so that it will never happen! This cute carrier will make it easier because I will be excited to show off how I am shaking myself skinny!

  12. I really love this case ! My daughter and I will be trying sensa together !

  13. Sheilaree55 Says:

Ok. A new beginning. Wow! I have gotten so I do not feel like I know myself anymore and I do not fit in my skin. I received my box this week and started my journey Wednesday March 6th. It is kind of scary but I want so much to feel better about myself! I believe I will be successful and find the lady I once was. :) Thank you for being here to help me along. I read your first 5 goals and I am committed to achieving these goals each day!!

  14. At first I had doubts about trying Sensa, I had tried so many diets and none of them worked for me. I tried Sensa trial free for 30 days and I had lost 19 lbs so far. I’m going on my 3 rd.month and lost a total of 21 lbs. I can’t believe it I really feel full between meals and I never get to finish what I put on my plate. I’m hooked on this amazing diet. I will not stop until I reach my goal weight. Thanks Sensa for making this product..

  15. I too gave up sodas (as i posted on the fb page, I was WAY too addicted to soda). i used to snack at my desk all morning and afternoon,. now, i dont crave sodas (that alone makes my husband impressed!) Im snacking hardly ever, and not starving. Sunday will be a week since I have started Sensa. Portion control was so hard my whole life. i am hoping for a change!

  16. Linda Hasting Says:

I will continue to use SENSA for as long as it takes to lose the weight I need to so that I can be as healthy as I can be. I take a water bottle with me everywhere so when I am stopped at a light I can take a drink. It is amazing how that adds up in getting the water my body needs. I realize the weight did not show up over night and it will take some time to get it gone, but doing it the right way is what is important. With SENSA I know this is the right way!

  17. Just starting today!!! I need the incentive of a pretty pink case!!! =)))

  18. Betty (betty1025) Says:

I have been using SENSA since May 2011. I have lost over 20#’s & feel great. I have kept the weight off & am now wearing a Size 10 pants, where I was growing out of my 14′s when I started. I love SENSA & the SENSA family I have gained throughout the Community Site.

  19. Heartmatters2 Says:

Coach, I am committed enough not to be without my Sensa until I feel I’ve reached a healthy goal. I will order with my last penny in order to shake, because I see that SENSA works and is bringing me into a slimmer healthier more active Me.

  20. Donna (Icy) Says:

I use Sensa on everything I eat. Sometimes I realize after taking the first bite that I’ve forgotten to use it, so I stop eating, grab it, and shake shake shake. My dad has noticed that I’m eating healthier and using it, and just watches me, while shaking his head. I’m losing weight, and will continue to use Sensa even after I reach what I had thought was my unattainable goal. I still have a long way to go, but with Sensa, I know I can do it!

  21. Thank you sensa, I am 71 years young and have lost 31 lbs. senceMay of 2012. I exercise almost daily ,30 min. on stationary bike. I am new in starting this Sensa program. I have been on many diets before and I always seem to gain back more than I can chew! I am actually praying for this to work as I am at the end of my rope.

I have been sprinkling Sensa away for 4 days now and I must say I get filled up faster than I could have imagined, so I am having high expectations to conquer the fat!

  23. Elaine Partenheimer Says:

I post on the Sensa FB once a month to share my victory and show others they may have success if committed…I comment frequently to those who ask if people have had success…I tell everyone about Sensa and how it has helped me lose 33 lbs so far…I welcome questions and have no problem sharing…I sprinkle with confidence and do not care if people notice…if they ask, I share my wonderful success!

  24. I am starting just now, wish me luck. So far I have been struggling with procrastination a lot, so every plan went down the drain. But now I am committed and ready for success :)

  25. Bubbles 54 Says:

I have just ordered the starter packet and I feel that if I can just make Sensa a routine, I can do it. I am good at routines! My life is crazy busy; I work three jobs and care for a disabled husband. Two adult children have recently moved back home and the place is a bit crowded! I have spent years caring for other people, but this is for me.
