Tropical Breeze Smoothie
1 c. no sugar added frozen mangoes
1/2 c. no sugar added frozen mixed berries
1 medium sized Banana
1 packet Tropical QUENCH
12 oz. cold water
Add water, fruit, and QUENCH to blender. Blend until Smooth. Drink immediately. Makes 1 – 12 oz. serving. Total calories 265

Red, Blue, and Berry
1 packet Berry QUENCH
8 oz. cold water
4 oz. chilled cranberry juice
1- 12 oz can of Fresca or other diet lemon-lime soda
Divide the frozen berries between two tall glasses. Mix Berry QUENCH and 8 oz. cold water in a seperate cup. Add 2 oz. Cranberry juice to each glass. Add 4 oz. QUENCH to each glass. Top off with Fresca soda to taste. Makes 2- 12 oz. glasses. 70.5 calories per 12 oz. glass.
