Losing Weight Can Motivate You to Work Out?
I’ve been a fitness instructor for years, in multiple cities across the US and I rarely see a lot of overweight people in the gym. Why is this? Are they uncomfortable because everyone at the gym is in shape? Are they embarrassed? Try Sensa for 6 months and let me know if you are motivated to go to the gym after losing weight. I bet you are! Below is a link to a great site that I’ve used over my teaching years to help get people started with exercise. You can download lots of free articles and it is solid information from the American Council on Exercise ( the organization that certifies fitness instructors and personal trainers).

Just as I was beginning to accept my new "larger" body – not to mention my new wrinkles – as a reality of adulthood, I starting losing weight with Sensa. I was motivated and started to work out and now, not only have I lost 20 pounds – solid pounds – I feel and look younger! Still could use a good wrinkle cream, any ideas?
