		<description>I absolutely love doing meditation! I never believed in it  before I gave it a shot... I wish everybody would try it. In the beginning I just felt a bit more peaceful and was amazed that this peace stayed with me the whole time or at least a few days. Now it has become part of my life!</description>

		<description>Hi Dayna! Like you I struggle to get the &quot;white noise&quot; turned down when I need to clear my mind. Since losing weight with SENSA and really stepping up an exercise routine, I have found that yoga helps me to at least find the volume nob on the clutter in my brain. I began yoga only as a form of stretching before workouts, but was surprised to find it also provided stress relief and is very calming. It might be an effective way to wind down before meditating, even if only for a short time.  Good luck on your quest.</description>
