A Special Message from the President of SENSA
Dear Sprinklers,
Happy New Year! I love this time of year because it represents a fresh start with so many possibilities. Every year I make a list of the things I want to achieve over the year and I post it on my fridge. I have found this to be a great motivator and highly recommend it. What are your goals?
This year, I am one of about 38% of the population who listed losing weight as part of my resolutions. From a trip to Argentina where the food and wine was just amazing, right into the holidays, I found my jeans had gotten a tad too tight. My strategy is SENSA, eating sensibly and getting to the gym three times a week. Sounds simple, right? Not really! It’s been said that half of people who make a New Year’s resolution fail by the end of January. We are NOT going to let this happen. The SENSA Team’s mission was to develop a program to help our customers stay on track with their weight loss goals in the New Year. We know that losing weight realistically takes time, so keeping focus over the long term is critical to achieve success. Based on this, we are excited to launch our very first SENSA Beach Challenge!
The Beach Challenge is a 6 month weight-loss challenge that keeps you engaged and motivated while losing weight so you can get beach-ready by summer. You’ll get fun weekly challenges and inspirational messages to help you stay on track! Remember, small changes make a big difference! These challenges will help you reach your goals in new and exciting ways so you can turn heads this summer. I am 73, 5’3″ and weigh 190. I hate this. I have heart valve damage due to phenfen(sp) and my hips and my knees are shot. Can I still take SENSA without any problems?????? Having chemical stress test tomorrow. Have had this problem from 1996 and it does not want to go away, valve pumping around 40% up from 30-35% in 1996. So you can see not much is helping. Lord knows I have taken many different kinds of meds. Can’t walk very far , get short of breath, knees give out. I take cholesterol med., potassium pills, zoloft and furosemide. Is Sensa going to be safe for me.. Tks for your time and any comments you may have. E.Lowe
