So as you may have heard Dr. Alan Hirsh’s newest book “Sensa Weight-Loss Program: The Accidental Discovery That’s Transforming the Way People Lose Weight” launched on November 3rd and is rapidly climbing the charts on Amazon.
The book really delves into the science behind Sensa and satiety and explains it in laymans terms. In addition to a thorough discussion of how Sensa functions to assist you in your weight loss journey, the book also provides fabulous recipes using high satiety foods and an exercise plan to boost results.

Sorry for the repost!!DS hit the post button. I can’t wait to use my SENSA!!!!!! I want to lose some weight!! .I want to read the book and learn more about Sensa and what it has to offer me and some of my friends and family.. I just got my SENSA today and want to get started.. My friend at work so an advertisement on tv this weekend and told me all about your product. Yesterday I was driving home from work and heard about this product on the radio. I am 100 pounds overweight and would like to try this product and pray that it works.

I just got my Sensa today! I’m so excited to get started! I want to lose about 45 lbs, so I can be more active and have more energy for my little girl who is soon to be 3 yrs old in July. I recently lost 15 lbs on my own, and really want to boost my weight loss. I’d love to have one of these books. Too bad this post is older.

I need to lose about 100 pounds and have tried every way of doing it. I would love to try Sensa, but I am scared about signing up for anything with my credit card. I wish they would let you try the free trial, and if you like it then sign up and have it charged to your card. They always manage to get you stuck, whether it is that you didn’t read the fine print or you were one day late on the cancellation. If anyone knows a risk free way to try Sensa, please let me know. I don’t mind paying for it…as long as I can see that it works first!!!

I don’t know if this will get posted or not. I tried Sensa for a week and got very ill. I even reduced the amount I was using. I got a very bitter taste in my mouth and was continually nauseous. Even though I tried to contact Sensa multiple times, no one responded so I sent it back. Be careful using this product…it is NOT for everyone!

I decided to give sensa a 6 month trial so that I could see some results. I saw NONE. I am exercising more and perhaps eating less, but experienced no weight loss whatsoever. It’s another diet fad, and you’d be better off just watching what you eat, exercising, and saving a little money. Don’t do it!!!
