Real Weight Loss Takes Time
We subscribe to a lot of magazines in the office but I always find myself reaching for Shape first. I love reading success stories and hearing how others have achieved their weight loss goals. If you read Shape too you have probably been following Maureen’s Story. Over the last 10 months. She has gone from 175lbs to 144lbs. She’s not far from her goal weigh of 135 and I am so excited for her!
A lot of people using Sensa get frustrated initially that their weight loss is slower than they are used to with diet pills or fad diets. Maureen’s success story reminded me that going slow still adds up. Her 31 pound loss only adds up to about 3 pounds a month, but she looks and feels fantastic 10 months later and a 10.6% loss in body fat is definitely something to be happy about.
So no matter how you decide to lose weight, if you’re interested in long term results you know that slow and steady is the way to go. Quick fixes like fasting and juice diets wont give you results you can maintain so try to be patient with yourself.
