Ring in the New Year with Sensa (and me!)
Hey everyone! Happy Holidays!!!!! I hope you sailed through all the festivities with your Sensa shakers by your side…it really did make me think about how lucky I am that I could enjoy all the different holiday foods and I don’t have to count points or weigh food as I have in the past.
Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that we are going to be back on Shop NBC starting at 11 PM Eastern time on December 31s!!!! What a great way to ring in the New Year…talking about my favorite subject…Sensa and weight loss. We are also introducing a new book written by Dr. Hirsch that gives you helpful hints on how you can eat less and still feel full, there are recipes, exercise plans and all kinds of motivational tips. Please tune in and if you would like to call in and tell us your experience with Sensa we would love to have you! We have some unbelievable success stories that will blow your mind.
As far as New Year’s Resolutions go…this is the first year since I was a kid that I didn’t list weight loss as one of my resolutions!!!!!!!! I could not be more proud of that fact…however, I am still listing working out more as one of my resolutions ugh I hate it but I am going to work out at least 4 hours a week. Some others include continuing to try to up the amounts of fruits and vegetables I get in my diet and only allowing myself one glass of wine at night during the week (I must admit that sometimes it slips into 2…oops).
Well I have to pack up all my Christmas decorations before I leave for Shop NBC so I’m off…but I can’t wait to hear from all of you in the New Year!!! And please call in on New Year’s Eve on ShopNBC…and let me hear you live!

Do you know if this is something that works over night or does it take a while for it to work?

Hi there, Sensa is not designed to work over night. It is a 6 month program that works gradually and has an average weight loss of 5 pounds a month. To learn more about our product, please visit our site at http://www.trysensa.com
