Hellooooooooooo all you Sensa users!!!!!  I hope everyone is happy, skinny, and well at the beginning of this fall season. I just got back from Minnesota where we successfully launched Sensa on ShopNBC!!!!!! It was such a thrilling experience and I tell you I almost got teary eyed hearing some of your success stories and victories…it was really inspirational. Many of the on-air personalities are now using Sensa and are already experiencing feeling more satisfied and seeing weight loss. I will keep everyone posted as to when we are headed back to ShopNBC so stay tuned!!!!!

As always I like to pass along any food finds that I discover along the way. I am infatuated with the brand “Amy’s” in your frozen food section. They have the most incredible frozen food most of which is organic, low-fat, low-sodium and some are even dairy and gluten free. I also love the brand Cedar Lane. I stock my freezer full of these frozen foods so I can always throw something in the microwave instead of ordering a pizza…(I used to eat the whole large size by myself). Just remember to sprinkle, sprinkle, sprinkle!!!!!
