Sensa on ShopNBC

ShopNBCHello all you Sensa Skinny Minis!!!!  Getting ready to head back to ShopNBC so make sure to check us out this Saturday the 24th at 11:00 p.m. (CST) and Sunday the 25th at 12:00 a.m., 6:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m., 9:00 p.m., and 10:00 p.m. (CST).  You will be blown away by some of the before and afters that we will be showing and some of the weight loss victories we will be sharing.

And speaking of TV, I was recently shooting a segment where I was talking about my experience with Sensa. While I was explaining how it works I started thinking about all of the success stories I have heard from the Sensa Community, from Facebook and from my friends and family. I got so emotional from it…I almost started crying!!!!!  It made me so thankful that we have all of these electronic outlets to learn from each other, share our stories, and support one another. It also made me really grateful to Dr. Hirsch who quite honestly made this all possible. What a brilliant man!

So this week I am going to try to live my life in state of gratefulness…see if you can do the same. It’s really contagious I found myself being grateful for the small things…the fresh, crisp fall air and the colorful leaves, as well as for the bigger things…my kids screeching with joy as I strung spider webs all over our house.  Life is a journey not a destination.

Keep on sprinklin’

Xxoo,

Dayna

  1. Dayna, the people that own Sensa can not have a better woman representing their product. While I don’t have a specific problem with the changes at your old show, EXTRA, both you and Tanika were the reasons for me to tune in. Hope you don’t mind a viewer/fan commenting here, but I wish you and your family well and hope to see you on another show one day. Thanks for keeping me tuned in all those years, Dayna!

  2. Dayna,

You are a wonderful spokesperson for Sensa. I loved talking to you and sharing my success story with you. I was the one who had lost 21.6 pounds the first month on Sensa. I am now in my 9th week and down over 25 pounds.

You are so gracious and make it so easy to share our stories with you. Keep up the good work you are doing by bringing Sensa to all of the people who are struggling and can be set free with Sensa.

  3. I have a question. This morning I had a ‘toaster scramble’ for breakfast & the outside is a pastry puff & the inside is scrambled egg & cheese, so I didn’t know what to sprinkle so I did both sweet & salty-was this ok??

    Thamk you for any comment.

  4. Hi Connie,

That sounds delicious, you’re making me hungry. Many of our users have asked this question, there is no right or wrong when it comes to sprinkling the salty or sweet side. It is completely up to you, we suggest that you match it up to the type of food you are eating but in your case using both worked out just fine! I am more of a salty kinda gal so I sprinkle the salty side a bit more than the sweet. Best of luck and thanks for stopping by!

The concept of food combining has helped me get back to a healthy weight. I started at the beginning of July. It’s been eight weeks and I have lost 23 pounds. It’s still falling off.
