I am on my 3rd day and I definitely feel fuller and seem to not want to snack. I am always the 1st in line at Costco or SAMs for the free samples but it did not even faze me. At dinner last night I actually left food that I would have normally eaten. I too have been on WW for many times not reaching my goal but maybe this is it. Good luck to all

This is my 3rd day and I never thought any little sprinkles would make me feel so full.Have dropped 2,5 lbs and am patient from being a weight watcher for 8 yrs and sabotaging myself never to make my goal.I try to keep off the 45 lbs lost on WW plan and always seem to achieve it but wouldnt it be nice to hit my goal weight 15 lbs away? I think this is the trick.Im going to a few appetizer functions and wondering how I'll sprinkle without being noticed? Pls help!!!

Just wanted to add that yesterday was my first full day on it, and I definitely noticed the difference! I was full after a 200 calorie breakfast, skipped my midmorning snack, had lunch, and skipped my mid-afternoon snack. I've noticed a difference in my appetite, hopefully I'll start to notice it in my weight =]

Thank you so much for sharing your story Laurel! I'm currently in college and majoring in dietetics, and I'm glad to read a review on Sensa from a RD.

My BMI is currently in the healthy range, but I'm trying to lose about 10-15 pounds. I've heard Sensa is great, so I figured I would give it a go to help me lose it. I haven't really noticed any effect, but I read that some people needed a few days before they started feeling fuller quicker. Excited about Sensa helping me lose and keep off this weight!

I have been on Sensa for a little over a month and I ran this by my doctor . He advised me to make my portions smaller and I did. He also advised me to eat six times a day ,three meals and two snacks. I have lost 10 lbs. now and am still going strong. Eating six times a day helps alot. Drink lots of fluid not sugar drinks like coke or sprite. Yes, changeing the things you eat will speed up the lose of weight . But I still eat what I want ,I just smaller portions, and eat fruit not candy bars and lots of veggies. You have to try on your end to remember what you are taking this for , and sprinkle away. Don't think its a majic pill. You need to try too. Good luck.

Hi Amy. Welcome to SENSA. It sounds like SENSA is working for you if you notice you are not as hungry anymore. Just continue to sprinkle and drink lots of water. Everyone loses are a different pace, but you WILL lose weight.

I am very impressed and commend the RD for sharing her story. I too I'm using my sensa secretly. Two of my coworker know as we have lunch at the same time. However my fam doesn't know bout it as yet but as time goes on I sure will tell them how wonderful this product is. Wednesday was the start of my second week and I have lost 3lbs in my first week and since then I have seen a o.2lbs dropped on Thursday and again this morning. I am committed to using it thru the six months for I believe I'll see it's full works.

To the individual who asked bout anyone on dialysis, I once was but know I had a transplant and on sensa. The plus is I drink more water with sensa which is great for the kidney. I was told that all the ingredients were FDA approved soooo. Anyhow right now I'm at the doc office so I'll know if it affects me negatively. Anyhow I feel light and great tho and my close fit less snug. Stay positive all for I do loe this product and wish to stick with it. LOVE LIFE LIVE
