Snackin' Time

Ever been too busy to make something healthy and end up grabbing some fast food instead? That is the story of my life. I am always rushing out to get to class on time and only have time to grab a bag of chips or a burger and fries from somewhere quick. Spark People made a great list of 11 easy snacks that are under 250 calories. These are all super easy to make or grab and pretty quick! Best of all, they look great and aren’t the same old boring healthy snacks. I think that come class on Tuesday, I will be armed with a Bean-n-Guac Rollup!
