I hope the holiday season was good to you all and I hope all of you stayed on track with your weight loss goals. When I was back home in Michigan for the holiday break, I found myself hiding indoors from the cold and snow when all I really wanted to do was be outside hopping around from shop to shop! I love to walk everywhere but the cold makes it so hard to do so especially, when you are with that special someone and want to hold their hand.
