Subway May Not Be the Best Weight Loss Program
In a recent article on thatsfit.com, it talks about Jared, the spokesperson for Subway and his recent weight gain. As it turns out, just sticking to subs twice a day as your weight loss program is probably not the best idea. Sure, it got the weight off of Jared, but who wants to stick to the same exact food every single day? Obviously, Jared didn’t want to.
I remember when all the buzz was around Jared and his successful subway weight loss story but I can’t say that I’m surprised. This is usually what happens when people diet, that is why diets don’t work. As soon as you try to live a normal life, the weight comes back to join you. No one can live on turkey and veggies subs for the rest of their life. And even if you could, who would want to?! Diets are like trends, they come and they go but they never stick around for good. Instead of dieting I try to stick to satiety rich foods that keep me full longer. “The Sensa Weight-loss Program” Book has an entire chapter dedicated to the satiety center (see the video below on how your satiety center works). The good news is that with Sensa, which has no food restrictions, you are able to eat the foods you enjoy but less of it and maintain your lifestyle. All you have to do is just reminder to sprinkle!

Have fun sprinkling!
