SENSA® is a six-month system and we don’t want you to forget to order or run out of sprinkles while you wait for a delivery, so we set you up to receive a fresh supply every two months.  However, this is YOUR weight loss program, and if the frequency of shipments doesn’t suit you, just log into your account on the new, awesomely redesigned MySENSA.com to postpone shipments, cancel shipments, or update your account information, anytime!  Just keep in mind that if you fall into the “do nothing” category that you agree to receive auto-shipments every 60 days until you reach your weight loss goals or cancel your future shipments.

Why do I have to send back the product?  I thought this was a free sample!

  4. I cancelled the ordered and accepted a 60% offer. My packaged was received on the 18th of April. I was charged for the total amount of $89.95. I advised that the packaged was received after the expected receiving date of May 6th. This did not comply with what you say is the Sensa policy. I look forward in receiving the credit to my account.

  9. I have High Blood pressure and have had a heart attack five years ago. Is SENSA safe for me to use? I have had it for two days now and I seem to be a little light headed, is that normal?

  10. Hello. Losing weight alone can cause headaches, however, some users embrace new healthy lifestyle changes when they start SENSA that can result in temporary side effects. For example if you give up soda or other caffeinated beverages you may experience headaches for a short duration of time. Increasing your water consumption may help with this side effect. Also as SENSA is designed to allow you to feel full on less food, you may notice some stomach discomfort if you continue to eat larger portions. To combat this effect, try to eat slowly and stop eating as soon as you start to get full.

  14. I have lost my sense of smell. I can smell some things, but I usually pick up on the “grossest” “particles” of the smell’s make-up. Will I still be able to use the product?

  20. I have recurrent meningiomas that I have been battling for over 4 years now and am still be treated for, could this interfere with the success of the the product working?

  21. Hi, I have Crohn’s disease which is an intestinal disease and was wondering if this was a safe product to use. Have they done any test with people that have intestinal problems? There are a lot of things I can not eat or take with this disease and am currently on Chemo. Thanks!

  27. I sent an order to try Sensa, but returned it. I feel that it is VERY misleading how it is worded 30 day fee trial. You pay for it. Also I paid for the return shipping , which cost over $7.00. I did not see any thing which paid return postage. I really wanted to try the product, but the ethics of the advertising turned me off and made me angry.

  33. i found that Sensa went above and beyond as far as me trying the 30 day free trial. I am on my 3 and 4 months just starting month 3. I have lost 11 pounds and i simply love the product with no side effects. oi just wanna know what happens when i complete my 6th month. i have also tried the chews they are effective as well.   43. I think the terms and conditions about being charged $90 should be a little bit bigger and maybe shown to the customer on more than one screen. I ordered this “free” trial and received it while I was on vacation. By the time I got home it had been nearly a month. I then noticed several days later that my bank account was charged for the $90. I hadn’t even opened my sensa to start using because I had just got back in town, and they said I couldn’t return it when I called. Pretty upset because I hadn’t even had the opportunity to try it yet and then was charged the money. Now I don’t have enough cash to pay my water bill. Thanks Sensa :(

Please make sure you obtain a RMA from customer service before sending anything back. If you cancelled after your trial end date, then you would keep what you received, as you were charged for it, and then cancel any future shipments if you do not want to receive anymore.

Hello, I ordered sensa and just received it like a week ago, my whole family has been using the product and I was unaware and nearly all 4 shakers are empty, I only planned on trying it for free, and it’s very confusing when you say that you return all open and un-opened products.   55. I cancelled before my trial was over, sent the sensa back EVERYTHING I was sent and put the RMA number visibly on the postage box. Yet the trial ended in oct and I just now saw a 89.95 charge on my account. I made sure I did everything I was told to not get charged. Especially now, months later.

  63. I ordered this for my wife, and she didn’t care for it so I cancelled my account and returned the product under RMA #2724872 in mid January. I was surprised today, April 10th, to receive a call from your collections department saying that my credit card had been declined. I’m also being told that if I can’t prove that I returned the product that they will pursue collections for the balance. I will certainly look for the receipt and tracking numbers, but it has been 10 weeks and I’m not certain that I will be able to find them. Can you offer any relief here?
