I ordered this for my wife, and she didn’t care for it so I cancelled my account and returned the product under RMA #2724872 in mid January. I was surprised today, April 10th, to receive a call from your collections department saying that my credit card had been declined. I’m also being told that if I can’t prove that I returned the product that they will pursue collections for the balance. I will certainly look for the receipt and tracking numbers, but it has been 10 weeks and I’m not certain that I will be able to find them. Can you offer any relief here?

I just got my package and my doctor does not want me to use it i want to return it before my moms card is charged 90$ how much does the shipping cost to return it usually i purchased the 30 free trial and they gave me two months , and if o return it i want to know if they stop any shipments or billing me please respnd

Please make sure to call customer service if you feel you need an extension on your original trial end date to avoid being charged.

Ok!! If I have a chance to use SENSA free for 30 Days free and then want to use it again for only another 30 day or no more than another 30 Days, will I have to still pay $89.95 even if I only want to use it for 2 months?

I cancelled before my trial was over, sent the sensa back EVERYTHING I was sent and put the RMA number visibly on the postage box. Yet the trial ended in oct and I just now saw a 89.95 charge on my account. I made sure I did everything I was told to not get charged. Especially now, months later.
