Weight Loss Advice from Sensa Weight Loss Experts
So it’s been a little while since our last blog post and I sincerely hope everyone didn’t get too lonely without us. I promise it will be well worth the wait as we are now back, sans technical difficulties, and jam packed with expert weight loss advice, healthy eating tips and a brand new fitness focus!
I’d like to take a moment to introduce you all to the authors (both new and old) that will be posting right here on a regular basis.

JeJe
For starters let’s welcome back JeJe, who has been with us since March ‘09, and will continue to provide her insights as our resident Couch Potato Trainer. Sometimes, you just can’t force yourself to go outside for a run, or hit the gym, and JeJe maintains that this should not hinder you from attaining a healthy body weight. It’s all about the baby steps. JeJe also posts as Sensa Team in the Sensa Community Forums and aids almost 20,000 users on a daily basis with all their weight loss questions and concerns. Be sure to join the forums, if you haven’t already, as they provide you the support you need to really succeed on the Sensa Weight Loss System.

Dayna Devon
Also returning is Dayna Devon, our celebrity weight loss spokesperson and fellow Sensa user, who will also be providing us with regular updates into her exciting life. If you’re a working mother who thinks “I’m just too busy to incorporate exercise and weight loss efforts into my impossibly packed routine,” just remember that if Dayna can do it, you can do it! Feel free to drop her a line in the Sensa Community Forums, which she checks as often as her hectic schedule allows for.
She’s always happy to share her tips and tricks with other Sensa users.

Kardio Kate
Brand new to the team is Kardio Kate, who is one of those gals with a body to die for. Good thing she really earns it or I’d have to hate her for parading around the Sensa offices looking so fabulous. Kate is a graphic designer by day, but after 6pm she’s constantly on the move. Not only has she run 20 marathons, including one Ultra Marathon, and completed an Ironman Triathalon, she’s also coached hundreds of marathon runners and walkers for Team in Training.
We’re also super excited to announce the addition of Adam, the Sensable Chef to the blog. Adam, a passionate self-proclaimed foodie and Sensa user, has his own Restaurant Review Website Viva LA foodies, and will be providing us with healthy eating tips and weight loss focused recipes (without scrimping on flavor of course). You can also follow his adventures as he travels around sampling local restaurants, and uses that inspiration to experiment with his own culinary creations both at home and on the job. Should you ever have a question about how to make your favorite recipe more weight loss friendly feel free to message Adam at the Sensa Community Forums in the Sensable Chef thread.

SENSAble Chef
Finally there is ‘lil ole me, Miss T. I’m thrilled to say that this month marks my one year anniversary as the Sensa Community Forum Administrator. If you’re a regular poster in the Sensa Community Forums it’s likely we have “conversed” at some point. If you’ve hit your 6 month point and posted your success story, there’s a good chance you’ve made me cry at my desk. JeJe can vouch that I am regularly moved to tears by the wonderful success stories we get. In addition, talking to Sensa users every day gives me great insight that I report to the Powers That Be, which has in turn allowed us to make constant improvements in our marketing materials, customer service, packaging, website and even our blog!

Miss T
Knowing how important fitness and nutrition topics are to our forum users, Facebook fans, and Twitter followers definitely inspired the addition of our two newest bloggers, Kardio Kate and the Sensable Chef.
In conclusion I want to welcome you to bookmark our blog so that you never miss out on a post. While you’re at it, join the Community Forums, follow us on Twitter and become a fan on Facebook. I firmly believe that the more motivation and support you get, the better the Sensa Weight Loss System will work for you. On behalf of all the blog authors, I’d like to wish you all a very warm welcome to the Sensa family.
xoxo,
Miss T

Hi Denise,
Sorry for the lag in response! I am 5′1 too so I totally feel your pain. It seems like 5lbs is a whole clothing size when you’re our height. Portion control really is key for someone small like you. The good news is that Sensa can and will help you get to your goals. Please keep me posted!
