I've been having trouble sleeping at night. Will doze off at around 9 or 10 and awake at 12 or 1 a.m. The go back to sleep around 4 a.m.

Is this normal and what do you suggest? Thanks.

P. S. I've also had headaches during the day and have gong off Sensa and the headaches go away?

Hi Denise,

Sorry for the lag in response! I am 5'1 too so I totally feel your pain. It seems like 5lbs is a whole clothing size when you're our height. Portion control really is key for someone small like you. The good news is that Sensa can and will help you get to your goals. Please keep me posted!
