Weight Loss and Stress

Hi all,

It’s no secret that stress can lead to unwanted weight gain and unfortunately the holidays do seem to cause all of us to feel a little additional pressure. However, simply having unrealistic expectations about weight loss in general can increase your stress levels throughout the year, so it is important to assess yourself regularly to ensure you aren’t holding yourself back from success. For example, I just learned that sometimes, just holding steady and not gaining (or regaining) weight is a very significant accomplishment!
