Weight Loss Program Comparison
If you are an avid reader of blogs or belong to any weight loss community sites you’ve probably noticed that there’s a lot of talk about Sensa and the clinical studies backing it. This comes as no suprise! With an average weight loss of 30.5 pounds in 6 months during one of the largest clinical studies ever performed on a non-prescription weight-loss product, it is safe to say that no other weight loss product has such extraordinary clinical results.
And yet people still are curious about how Sensa stacks up to the competition. So we did a little research and looked for published results from our competition. What we found was pretty astounding.

As you can see the closest results were achieved with Atkins, where there was an average loss of 10.3 pounds in 12 months. That’s a third of the average weight loss on Sensa in double the time! Weight Watchers matched Atkins for with 10lbs of weight loss, but achieving those results took a whopping 18 months! The Zone only averaged 3.5 pounds in 12 months. Additionally Sensa is the only weight loss program on the market that comes complete with a 90 day guarantee.
As you can see Sensa really does have a lot to brag about. We can’t wait to hear your Success Stories once you have something to brag about too.
Best,
Sensa Team

I personally tried Adkins, Alli and weight watchers (online). Adkins didn't work for me despite following the guidelines to the letter (My sister however had some success with it, but felt deprived of carbs). Alli had awful side effects so I quit. Weight Watchers was ok, but I got too busy for all the keeping track of what I ate. But Sensa has been really easy, no side effects and I can see it working. Just wanted to share my opinion.
