Work Out While Watching Your Favorite Shows

If you are anything like me, going to the gym before work is not an option and going after work sounds even less enticing. Unfortunately, a work out is a must for healthy living so I have decided to work out while watching my favorite shows from the comfort of my own home. 6 Exercises You Can Do In front of the TV has helped me stay fit and save some money. The six different work outs target the following areas: abdomens and obloquies; chest, triceps and shoulders; hips buttocks and thighs; calves and ankles; lower back muscles and finally the middle and upper back. What more could you ask for?

I started out with doing one set of 10 reps for each excercise. After a couple days I would repeat the set every commercial adding more reps.

One easy way to fit in a quick work out.
