For a couch potato wanna-be gym-goer like myself, I believe this is the best way to lose weight and stay in shape. Many people feel like the only work out they get is when they hit the gym and weights but actually what they don’t know are the endless benefits of Yoga. For instance Yoga helps battle stress, depression, heart disease, breast cancer, menopause and chronic back pain; not to mention weight loss! Who wouldn’t want a work out that incorporated all of that plus a time to relax and think about you. Practicing yoga has brought so much good to my life I can’t believe I functioned without it.
